I've tried messaging them a few times through email and FB but it seems a little difficult to get a hold of them. I enjoyed watching both your reviews and I've been ready to purchase 2 bags from them since before Thanksgiving...Hopefully they message me back soon! I'm anxious 🤗 Looking forward to seeing any more bags you review from them!

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting in touch! Hopefully they will get back with you soon, I think they only have one shop owner who handles everything so it may take some extra time to respond…if you have any questions I’d be glad to help! Yes, per their Facebook page they are working on a new website for an easier shopping experience and they are trying to get caught up on their shipping. They will be back up next month! You can follow their Facebook page for more info and updates. They also have items for sale through Facebook that they do not advertise on their website. Hope this helps!

I was scammed out if $895 and am claiming fraud to my CC. So disappointed! She answered every message when messaging about what I wanted to buy but when it didn’t get delivered and DHL said they delivered it to the wrong address and can’t find it now crickets.

I am so sorry to hear that! I know that after the item ships that the merchant has no control over the shipping so it seems as if DHL is the problem. I would try contacting them for more info If you haven’t done so! I know shipping mistakes are super frustrating and I hope you get everything figured out!

Yes! I have never had any issues ordering from their website and the bags I have ordered are beautiful! Also shipping takes about 10-15 business days to the US. The bags do come from China but packaging is great and the bags have came in perfect condition. Definitely check it out and let me know if you make a purchase!
