But I do think the shape and colour is so so adorable and hopefully the scratches are not super noticeable from a distance?? That’s what bothers me too!!! The zipper is fine on the bum bag and even the PSM has the same D-ring extender, why change it?? How annoying 😤 the scratches are getting worse with each use, so I don’t think I’m going to keep it. I’m scared the coating will wear off completely and then it would oxidise and change color. Oh, sorry! I missed out on the last part of the video earlier. Omg, the scratches are bad! The zipper pulls are almost the same as one of my bags, but I haven’t used it yet. I just did an unboxing and what fits video, so far no scratches on mine.

I didn’t want to bother my SA about it as I ordered it online 🙈 and seems like it’s but a well known issue? Or maybe I just got a faulty one. So I’ll compare it to the bags they have at the store to see. I will be too scared to use the bag if it gets scratches that easily. And like you said repairs is very annoying and takes longggg time usually. How sad 😞 This is such a bad oversight if all the bags are like this
