Awesome! I love getting some new ideas for my organizational system! Your Asana videos are so helpful. (FYI - as a consumer, I HATE getting notifications that Jimmy in Alabama just purchased xyz...it is SO distracting, and I often avoid pages that display these notifications! I was surprised to hear that there are statistics showing a positive benefit.)

Last week I paid to join your group, thinking your tech support and advise would save me time and labor. BTW, I am building a new website for an economic development alliance of which I'm a board member. I asked some friends in Kentucky what new web-builder did they recommend and they all recommended Square Space. So here I am. I have some basic Square Space questions, do I post questions to your Facebook group??

Hey Louise Great list! The first tool I couldn't live without is Grammarly! I did your Asana course and loved it. For saving research I love Notion and it would be awesome if you added training for it too. I save recipes from the Chrome extension. In fact, I do use other Chrome extensions and another nifty workflow set up I'll send you some screenshots for to share with your audience. Probably won't get to that til next week but I will do it. Hey Louise, would you mind sharing why you use Acuity scheduling instead of Kartra’s scheduling calendar?

Greetings, miss Louise. I'm from Brazil, and I am simply amazed by your KZfaq channel. I am the manager of my department and I'm currently trying to get rid of the unholy amount of paper we have to print due to our documents. I'm in need of a software or app capable of granting acess to the documents to all my co-workers digitally where we can have the documents on a control sheet. To do the control, we're currently using Excell and Microsoft Teams, but we need more practicality. Can you recommend an app? I hope for your help.

My family owns a Pest Control business... I'm wanting to modernize and update the way scheduling is done. I like the way Asana looks. I personally do 5-7 accounts a day... Does Asana have a way to add Contacts or a Directory? That way I can add which Residence I'm going to complete on the calendar and click complete. Or what program do you use to keep a list of all of your clients? I have 15 years of contacts I'm wanting to organize digitally. My mother-in-law is still using a Rolodex. 🤦🏽‍♂️

Hey Louise! I've heard that Kartra has it's own video hosting. Why would there be a need for Loom then? I don't have Kartra, but am debating on that over Kajabi.
