Only Doherty can spin presenters words and make them feel like idiots. May be a ‘junkie rocker’ but he’s the only one I’ve seen make top TV personalities apologise for something they’ve not actually done, but think they have.

This is definitely one of the worst interviews I've ever seen. Good Lord... it was painful to watch. I can only imagine how awkward it was for everyone involved. And if I hear the word "bust-up" EVER again, it will be far too soon.

On a better note, Peter handled the RIDICULOUS questioning, and complete lack of knowledge on the interviewer's behalf, very diplomatically. Peter came across as the highly intelligent and thoughtful person that he is.

One of the rare times Pete doesn’t come across as particularly erudite. He’s usually much wittier and charming than this. And he doesn't seem drunk or high either - maybe that's the problem - his muse was always smack or gin...
