I purchased the Louisiana Grills Black Label 1200 for $1,200.00 approximately one year ago (still under warranty).
Since then, it's been nothing but nightmares.
Basic parts they sent me to replace took over 2 months to arrive, and ALL were the wrong parts.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
I am going back to Traeger who has the best customer service and warranty service
