There’s nothing like being in the woods. I’m from Michigan so wether it’s deer, turkey, grouse, woodcock pheasant or any other critter I’ll be there with my Dad, Granddad and Uncles having a great time. Love you all God bless and have a Merry Christmas

Ok I bought The Blind, watched it today for the first time. I knew I would need alone time. Yep, I bawled like a baby numerous times, but none as much as when Phil got baptized and Kay was so happy. Until Phil took the boys hunting. Got me going again. Those two touched me most. Merry Christmas ⛄🎄🎁 to all of the Robertsons, and friends. Love you all.

The pressure these birds get is insane.. idk but I’m really starting to think there are way to many hunters. Every year I notice more and more new hunters and it’s making more difficult to hunt. Waterfowl hunting is going down the drain and it sucks to many people it’s getting out of hand.

It’s just like deer hunting here in OH spend more and more of the season scouting than I ever used to in the past now even the spots most locals wouldn’t go to cause you had to use a boat or walk 1.5 miles deep into the woods there’s out of state guys doing the same. Don’t run into to many other waterfowl hunters though we don’t have the bird count like other states. And I hunt primarily southeastern OH.

@@AllSeasonsOutdoorsmen yeah I feel you man it’s getting bad. I live in Wisconsin and it’s beyond crowded here, where I have to do the same find really remote areas to hunt. And even then I run in to a bunch of people it’s not good. I used to not believe in over population but idk I’m kind of believing it there’s not enough room for all these people lol. I’m 30 years old I’ve been hunting since I can remember with my dad and I remember back being a kid me and my dad would rarely run into people going duck hunting on the lake or river or really any public. And if we did it was maybe a max of 4 groups of people if that. Now it’s every time I’m at the landing I can barely find a parking spot. It’s getting old battling people to go hunting takes the fun out of it.
