No comments on the awesome Brian May killing it as he always has.? If it was Brian that went years ago you'd of never ever got that Queen "sound" back again. Even if a new guitarist used Brian's whole rig he still wouldn't sound like Brian May, cos only Brian May sounds like Brian May :)

Yes, he's not Freddie. But I'm glad Queen are carrying on, and Brian and Roger are still playing. Adam is a good vocalist, and it's good to hear the music still.

Why is everyone finding excuses to give Adam Lambert shit for this obviously incredible performance? As if admitting this is great will somehow diminish the legend and impact of Freddie Mercury. You can appreciate both pretty easily if you wanted to.

Brian gets pissed at himself when he misses the last few notes of that solo. Brian playing his own solo and missing a few notes is still way better than someone else playing his solo and getting it perfect. I’m just happy that he’s still out there shredding. I feel like he and Roger have a little more spotlight on him now that Freddie isn’t hogging it all and that’s good for him and Roger.

Having grown up in the figurative shadow of the Berlin wall and the possibility of nuclear holocaust, this song hits home lyrically and is a straight up good rock ‘n’ roll song. Every time I hear it I want to pump my fist and sing-along!

I would have loved to taken a class that Brian May was teaching in astrophysics. My first question would have been, "Hey, didn't you used to be Adam Lambert's guitarist? What was he like to work with?"

Brian's Voice is better than Adam

There are a couple of vids uploaded of Brian May singing some Queen songs. He can actually hold his own as a front man. I think he should have taken over after Freddie.

I thought I could watch this, but ... I can't. I just can't. It makes me miss Freddie even more. I miss his talent. I miss his spontaneity. I miss his energy. I just plain miss him. Adam has a good voice, but he seems to be very lacking in the liveliness department. There's no energy. No passion. He's just singing.

Lambert was the wrong guy for the job. Too bad Paul Rodgers didn't stick around longer. He wasn't perfect either but way better than Lambert.

I’ll probably get roasted for saying so, but Adam is NOT the strong vocalist Queen need. He’s distractingly bad. Garage band level vocalist at best. Wonder how Mickie Thomas of Starship fame would do.

Vocals are exceptional. However you can sense that Lambert is missing that commanding stage presence Freddie had. Looks lazy. Also seeking reinforcement from May and Rodger entire time is annoying. Kind of kills the experience if he is that scared. Moving on the stage and engaging the audience is what made Freddie special. Also you knew who the Boss was when he performed. That is missing here even though they will hit all the notes.
