Loved this movie and funny too. The acceptance of everyone at the end was beautiful. Made me think of my parents, sadly both passed now, both lived till their 90s. They were always accepted the decisions I made. I remember telling them when I was a teenager, if there were a thousand parents lined up to choose, I’d choose them. Sorry for the waffling on, the movie made me do it lol.

This movie was worth watching. Life lessons be honest with yourselves and STOP pleasing others . Love the ending. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

I read all the comments on how much people were loving this movie first, before I watched it. And I agree it's worth watching. Isn't it just sad how we don't want to disappoint the ones we love so instead we get all confused and anxious trying to think of how to please everyone. I understand this movie completely. Don't be a people pleaser...be honest with yourself first and even if it hurts the ones you love, tell them the way you really feel. Even if they don't like it. Amen ✝️ ✝️ ✝️ Pray they'll love you for who you really are.

I think this is my new favorite movie!!! haha I absolutely LOVE the Cast! literally every role was perfect. Sarah is beautiful and everyone was authentically funny. Plus I lived in Chicago and had a red convertible mustang so it was nostalgic seeing pieces of Chicago! My sister worked at Northwestern and I worked in Skokie.. wow. I needed this. I love this movie. It is so much nicer than the average love movies. I keep watching it over and over and over. I love their time in the park after the ice cream. The surprise she experienced when he gave her the first intimate kiss that she wasn’t expecting and then she wanted more with out begging for it. Very good acting! So natural and real. Wish these two were in another movie.

Loved this movie and all the tradition. Thank God we preserve tradition from generation to generation and keep family close.

It is a lovely theater play adapted to a movie, it is truly a clever story. Nice acting and these two kids are great together. They have chemistry on stage and their roles are believable. I have fun watching it and it made me laugh a lot.

One thing most people didn't acknowledge about this film that life is all about taking accountability for your own actions. It is about acknowledging your mistakes, shortcomings, flaws, imperfections, failures, and misunderstandings that we may encounter along the way. The beauty of this film is that everyone was willing to acknowledge where they were wrong, apologize, be willing to move forward, and start over with a clean slate. That is what make life beautiful and that is what make this film worth watching. Unfortunately some parents won't ever choose to respond to their adult children in this manner, and it does absolutely put a strain on the relationship. And in some cases cause the relationship to come to an end altogether.

It's one of the best movies I've ever seen. The actors are outstanding. The cast director has done a really good job. The actors could not have been any better. They had an excellent performance. I love the actor that plays Bob, he is so good and so funny, and so handsome too :)

You don't lie to your parents? But the way you responded made it impossible to speak to you in an open, honest, healthy, and mature way. Then it was a way of making her feel guilt when he started saying what he said immediately thereafter. I haven't quite made it to the end just yet. But I'm not sure I agree with everyone else's take on this film. I was frustrated with her character by the way she was handling things initially. I understand why she chose to respond the way that she did though. It is a lose lose situation for everyone involved. It did end up great at the end after all. ❤❤❤
