Chef John has a similar recipe here on KZfaq: Meatball-Stuffed Garlic Bread Sliders. His also uses dinner rolls. It dates from about 5 years ago.

I get that she wanted to make the inside a little crusty so it didn't absorb the sauce, but I agree that bread was more than a little crusty. IMHO If I were going to try this I would cut back on the back time by probably half.

If it doesn't come from canned soups, jarred broth, package, frozen section, or a jar Paula probably won't make it. She is Queen of Convenience. This is simply reheating. And the bread is way overdone to boot.

Rao is definitely not good.. my wife and I tried it because we were told that it was really good. We got it on sale. Well never again 🤢 we prefer "smart and final brand" or "Prego" 😊 what brand of frozen meatballs are those? Their the biggest ive seen for frozen.

@@lynnnovick889Again it's good, but not worth the price. Bet if you did a blindfolded test w it and others like prego you couldn't tell the difference, except when you go to pay for it. I don't know about you but I dont have excess money to spare.
