I use cheddar and cream cheese I also add a can of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken for the crackers I use cheese crackers but I will try Q's the next time I make a squash casserole

Plein squash and onions cooked in the liquid that’s comes from the onions and squash, salt and pepper. Is healthier.no oils or dairy.

This is gonna sound strange but yesterday I was searching for different squash casserole recipes. They're all basically the same, I think, with the exception of eggs and the type of cheese used. It came down to two. Miss Paula's and another one. But VOILA!!!! here we are, the very next day with a squash casserole from Ms. Q, on Miss Paula's channel. Is this fate or what??!! 🤷🤷🤷😲🤓

If anyone wants to make this low carb substitute the crackers for crispy crumbled bacon. It'll give that same crunch the crackers do without the carbs.

Wow, this was just crazy! Heart attack buffet??? When I was coming up, NOBODY cooked to please us or our taste buds - we ate what was put in front of us and were thankful for it, and didn't leave the table until we were through...What 'entitled generations are proceeding us, and to what a huge disadvantage concerning their true, long term HEALTH.. Personally, hub and I chose, many decades ago to refine our heritage diets into beneficial/healthful eating in order to live as pain-free, long, and Spiritually prosperous as we could..And YES, we do LOVE many of your recipes, but not the artery-clogging-ones, we just love our Temples too much to sacrifice them to our base desires... HUGS and :):) from both of us!
