Please make a video on the light, crispy breading used on the chicken tenders used in the Chicken Box chicken wrap. I’m not exactly sure how it’s done, but I’m pretty sure that this breading doesn’t use buttermilk. It looks close to the breading on Chick-fil-A chicken. Please share the secret. It’s a secret for home chefs, but I doubt that it’s any type of big secret for professional chefs who cook this type of food regularly. Unfortunately, I don’t know any professional chicken frying chefs personally. You don’t need to share your seasoning mix. I just want to know about the wet and dry mix (minus seasoning) and the technique you use.

I’d say they’ve put in their time. They’ve been with her since the beginning, delivering boxed lunches to local business. It is called the Lady & SONS for a reason.
