Semolina 200g
Sugar 250g
Cashew nuts 200g
Pumpkin preserve 100g
Eggs yolk 6
Eggs white 2
Bees honey 1tsp
Nutmeg
Cinnamon powder
Rose essense
Vanilla essense
Lime
Butter 125g

She has turned the cake upside down..... thats the matter the crust has hidden

The crust is usually from a low bake in the oven (low temperature..275 F) that forms from the beaten egg whites.

You need to beat egg white and fold to the cake mixture and then bake you will get the flaky crust then

You can use brown paper shiny side up. I live in Australia and I purchase the brown paper bags and use three of them

I think the ingredients are right but that doesn’t look like love cake when you cut it. It’s supposed to be a little less like butter cake and more moist but then again you just made it and it’s best consumed a few days after making it . My aunty puts brandy, almond essence and rose water as well

Before mrs joseph starts to make the cake .she does say that you could make this cake combining your version and hers . So yes at the end of it all people cook and bake in many ways ;)
