A Piano Song, this one co -written by arguably one of the best piano/song writers still living. David Foster is, in my opinion, in the same league as Jimmy Webb, Neil Sedaka, Barry Manilow, etc. And, he has the prettiest wife, in my opinion! David Foster co-wrote this song with Boz Skaggs in a 12 hour session, over night for the John Travolta and Debra Winger movie, Urban Cowboy, in 1977. They were given the heads-up that a song was needed for a particular scene, to be shot in Houston the following day. They were in LA and had it courier flown to Houston in time for the shoot. This song loses some of its romanticism without the orchestra or piano, but here is an acoustic version of “Love, Look What You’ve Done to Me”, on a Martin 000-16GT.
