I love this scene because it reminds me of how the Lord gives us compassion for His people -which gives us a new perspective in the midst of our own trials. Although, love is much more important than our hobbies or passions, God often uses those things to teach us how to love. This is a scene from the movie Soul Surfer - based on the true story of Bethany Hamilton.

A month ago I cited this scene in an LDS Sacrament Meeting talk about changing the world and doing good in it. Bethany is an example for ALL of us. I know only too well the need of overcoming terror and fear. This is a pivotal and powerful moment in the film.

My daughter, she's almost 7 and I love this movie. I was watching and all of a sudden I thought I saw Bethany, sure enough it was her, in her own movie. Love it. I knew I knew it was her.

Несколько раз смотрел весь фильм и этот эпизод! То что Господь сделал через Бетони, просто нельзя описать! Она молодец, я с рождения на инвалидности дцп, очень понимаю о чем пишу! Очень долго не ходил, родители поставили на ноги! Это огромный труд!

True, this movie came out before FNAF 2 also btw which is interesting. I saw somewhere that it’s just a children laughing stock sound effect but now it’s associated with FNAF

It supposed to be in Thailand, but they all speak Indonesian clearly, i know cause it's my native language... Despite of movie error, I think it was intentional, as the writter wanted to make connection to other Asian countries that had been hitted by Tsunami like Indonesia, so they replaced it in Indonesian language. But it's just my theory...
