Love You To Death - Acoustic Cover (Type O Negative Cover)

3 жыл бұрынCovering the amazing "Love You To Death" by my favorite Band - Type O Negative. It's not the cleanest cover but I still wanted to give it a shot.
Standard tuning, but a half step down - Starting with A Minor brought the whole thing together.

You did an amazing job!! It takes a lot to get up there and belt out a TON song considering no one can ever match up to Pete's voice. However I do appreciate that you sang the song in your tone and not try to sing in Pete's so I give you tons of credit for that and even more for figuring out how to make this an acoustic song. Hearing this song in an acoustic version allows me to hear more of TON's influences from band's back in the 60's and 70's where as before I didn't and its so beautiful even more so. I can hear Neil Young or someone like that actually playing this song as one of their own its truly is amazing !! Thank you so much for sharing this with us all.

One of my favorite bands as well and naturally one of their best tunes. Currently Re-studying their entire catalog. As I have gotten older I am realizing how incredibly talented Type O truly was. Glad I saw them live in Cleveland just before Pete Died. Awesome cover. Love it.

Excellent!!! I always have great respect for someone who tackles a difficult song. I've experimented with several myself. I've done a few good covers; some of which I haven't uploaded yet. My Friends by the Red Hot Chili Peppers will probably be my next upload after I am able to equalize my singing with the volume of the guitar. Kudos to you. Keep up the excellent work!
