Warning, their customer service is awful. They charge $9 to ship 12oz of product priority mail through USPS. So cheap. UPS or FEDEX is what I would expect for that price point. It’s been 7 business days since my package shipped and it is still “In Transit.” They also shipped my package to the wrong address and when I emailed them for a resolution, I essentially got an “oh well.” Even if the products are good, who wants to pay that much to deal with that level of customer service?

How did that go? I ordered and it was the worst experience. They shipped to the wrong address, told me I should deal with it on my own. “Nancy” from customer service is rude and will provide a non-responsive response if you ask for assistance to reach a resolution. I was surprised at the lack of professionalism of a brand featured on national tv. They also charged $9 shipping for 12oz of product then sent my package through the slowest route in USPS. 7 + days since my item shipped and still not at its destination. It’s been a stressful experience and I regret ordering from them even if the products end up being good. I hope others see this and think twice before rushing to the website to order. The Real should vet these businesses better before promoting them.

Maria Ramiro awww honestly yes! So my mom had the same issue with me. My mom has straighter hair and i came with crazy curls. My godson (8months) has curly hair like me and what I do is I use the baby shampoo and mix a little of the bounce shampoo with it. The conditioner, I also use the baby conditioner for him to untangle and use a little of the bounce curl conditioner as a leave in after he’s out. It works great!
