Really beautiful faux abalone. I see you used Cernit clays but, what are the colors? Also, what are the colors of the Pinata alcohol inks? The camera was at a bad angle and I couldn't read the labels.

Thank you:) I used Cernit metallic I believe it was silver-ish and also translucent. As for ink colors I used purple & blue

Gorgeous! Can i use kitchen aluminum foil as the silver foil or would that be too thick?

No I wouldn’t recommend using aluminum foil for that

Did you use like half a block of clay for each color? or can make smaller amounts?

Usually yes but if you want you can do it on both sides

I just followed this after seeing your Pinterest. I made a comment on your post there but you can’t attach a pic. Not bad for first time. A little thin. That’s something I struggle with, consistent thicknesses. I guess you can’t send pic here either.
