#kayceericechoreography
Within the past two years, I’ve gone through a lot mentally but I have been able to grow as a person, focusing on self evolution and love. There was a point where I kept beating myself up and felt like I wasn’t being seen for who I am. I have a voice but it’s not always easy to speak. Last year (and a bit before that), I’ll admit there were more bad days than good and I know a lot of people can relate to that. I’m still going through a lot as is everyone too. But one thing that I’ve learned is that you are never alone. What you see on the outside, is never there 100% of the time. And the more you allow yourself to become more vulnerable, the more you will become the fullest and most real version of you.
Kindness goes a long way, always remember that. I also wanted to say that I'm so grateful for everyone who welcomed me with open arms and came out to support. (I actually cried in this class which is something I usually don't do but I was overwhelmed with love) I’m not fully ready to dive into everything, as I’m sure no one really is, so I’m just gonna keep this simple and let my dancing speak.
This piece is for anyone who has ever felt lost inside their own mind. Know that you are loved, heard, and seen. It’s ok not to be ok🤍

honestly thinking about kaycee crying makes me cry. shes such a role model for goodness, its hard to believe someone that shines so brightly for others has had more dark days than good, when all we want is for her to have a happy life. but the pain makes you more introspective, self aware and vulnerable and that makes you stronger. such a sweet girl with such thick skin.

The way they support each other through everything is literally everything.🥺😭❤️ This is beautiful Kaycee!! You've definitely earned your spot to teach at Millennium. Your growth will and is already inspiring so many people who look up to you! Not only as dancers but like Sean mentioned in the intro, as a person. 😊You're one of my top favorites up there with Jojo, Jade, Natalie, and many others. This just touched my heart... Sean was right, you can't just love dance or love someone because you saw them on tv... I love her friends, they are all exceptional very good dancers, but Kaycee and Sean there's something about these two. I don't know what it is. Look at this song, I wasn't expecting this kind of dance but it works, it's different and that's what I love about them. They dance cause they love it, not just for Fame. Thank you Kaycee for bringing back the love I had for dancing once. Just seeing you dance makes me want to dance and create my own. May God keep you.

From seeing her dance to choreos at millennium to teaching her owns choreos at millennium, I think it's been a hell of a great journey and not only she but we all grew up. Watching the intro made me feel so proud when Sean and Kaycee were saying their parts and I think we agree with what Sean said about Kaycee pouring, giving and showing us that love making us feel a new and better versions of ourselves that we've grown into because of her dances' impact. Nobody could have had said it better than Sean, no doubt, couldn't have morphed into better words and put into sentences. I cried watching this all hit me that she's finally grown into the person we've been waiting all our lives for. She's at her peak but still somehow manages to get better. Everything about this video was so touching abd beautiful, I can't-

The dancers here are all so young! And Kaycee is very young too, but watching her train a new generation of already really talented dancers indeed feels like coming full circle, as Sean said. You can tell they went through some hard time this year, and honestly, who hasn't, especially among the youth? So many things feel uncertain for our future and the context only underlined that even harder. Yet, as long as some of us are willing to pass on passion, beauty, determination, or simply love, then, there's a better future for all of us. There's always room to grow of course, and that's for the best. I'm confident Kaycee will keeping on growing. May we all manage to do so.

I know just how you feel. As a young woman, I struggled for years-so many years-with crippling anxiety and depression. Gymnastics was my passion; the road to perfection often an elusive destination. Until I tore the ligaments in my knee, I leaned on anorexia as my cultivated but toxic companion, a condition I struggle with to this day. But DO NOT lose your faith! However timid and shaken it may be. There IS light at the end of the tunnel. Kaycee Rice, your dancing has renewed in me a joyous light I almost forgot was within me. The honor of taking TWO of your online classes literally was a dream come true. I am so grateful for your beautiful existence; the light within your kind and caring spirit shows so brilliantly through your remarkably enigmatic dance skills-I am honestly at a loss for words when I attempt to describe your talent. Stunning choreo, Kaycee what an amazing MDC teacher debut. Sean's words about dance and you couldn't be better. You are beautiful because your soul doesn't have room in it to hold a wrong. Your dancing is the ultimate extension of that beauty, and your friendship with Sean the inevitable result of the grace you have given the world.

I have no idea why I haven't seen any comments about the other dancers brilliance as well! They all added their own unique emotion so beautifully. Especially the last girl... after she was done I just paused the video and said out loud "wow, that hurt". I swear, showing that depth of emotion is something of a superpower.

your heart is so beautiful Kaycee. I think I can speak on behalf of a lot of people when I say that we are so proud of you, you having this achievement, and how far you've come. The choreography was gorgeous, each move being drowned by so much intention, emotion, and vulnerability. When you and sean started talking I already felt tears leaking out of my eyes. Been on your journey for a while, and I cant tell you how much you've inspired and impacted my life. literally. I know you get bad days, a lot of them, but I want to say thank you for still pushing through it all, for still standing strong, and for still being here. The person you are, the person you've become? I love her. I love you. I know your whole thing is being positive, optimistic, and inspiring, and you will always be that, but this side of you, the side where you're hurting and in pain, you showcasing that in your movement still is all of those things, and I think you should know that. You are enough. I really don't know how to properly convey my emotions or my gratitude in words exactly the way I want to but thank you, to all of the people in this video. Thank you, Kaycee Rice.

First of all, Sean's speak at the beginning was wonderful. Kaycee is such a beautiful dancer and artist. You can see in every little move she does how much emotion and passion she put into dancing an that's really moving! She involved so much not only as artist, also as person and it's a honor to watch her growing! 💕
