Jisoo and Lisa really stepped it up and shined on this song. Jennie and Rosé always bring their A game to vocal tracks, but Jisoo singing almost exclusively in falsetto, and Lisa amazing me with her vocals really caught me by surprise.

This was one of the songs that really showed how well Lisa can sing. I almost cry every time I hear it.

This song make me shed tears and it's worth it.

One thing that really hit me about this album and this song in particular was how much Jisoo’s singing and English pronunciation has improved. She hits the high notes more confidently and it sounds like she’s not straining her vocal cords as much when she goes for power. Her pronunciation is much clearer in English lyrics than before as she is not showing as much Korean accent as before- I think the last few years where Blackpink has been on the global stage has improved her confidence in speaking English and she’s making more effort to pronounce English lyrics clearly. There are no weak links in this group.

So glad you guys reacted to this song. It’s my favorite song of theirs. I was so sad they didn’t perform it when I went to their concert in Seoul (loved the concert but just really wanted to hear it)

I believe they briefly sang this song at their LA concert. It was during their sound check, so only to a few fans.

I tend to not like ballads that often, but this is one of my favorites. Most importantly, it is a song nobody expected Blackpink to do, as it is very different from their usual stuff. I think every blink is still wishing for a live version to surface at some point, but I guess we will see if it ever does. The last song you haven't done on the album is Tally, that is correct. For that one there is both a lyricvideo and some live performances. I would recommend a double feature if you want the live, because in the ones I've seen it is easy to miss the lyrics and that song really has lyrics worth knowing (if you consider Korean culture). The song that came after is indeed "The Girls". It is the OST-song for the mobile game (yes, they have a game, I know). It's a bop. There are still some collabs and solostuff from the girls you haven't seen, and ofc some variety stuff as well if you want to get into that. And people wonder why BABYMONSTER is so polished in singing and performance. I hope that they realize that they have BLACKPINK to look up to and also help them along. Weather is was mid-check or monthly evaluations, the input from their experience helped BABYMONSTER to where they are today. Jisoo has always been my bias and is was beautiful to see her shine in this song but you can't take away from any of the other members. They all shined in their parts which made this song one of their most beautiful vocally. The struggle of getting through a toxic relationship is a touchy subject and they captured it with emotion. I think that everyone was hoping that they would do this live but when you think about it, where would it fit in any of their concerts? They are upbeat and empowering in their concerts. Oh, and THE GIRLS song was made for their mobile game but I think that you will like that one.

I've seen a few reactions to this song, and it kind of surprises me that so few people have never witnessed a co-dependent physically and emotionally abusive relationship with a lots of push and pull, because it seems self-evident to me that's what it's about.

This is more proof that all Blackpink songs sound the same and that they can't sing (according to the haters). This one was a surprise, even to Blinks. I can definitely see Coach bumping this in his car on the way to work. ;)

They have never sung this live nor will they, because the concerts are pure energy, joy, and the tone of The Happiest Girl would send all that to the floor, literally. The girls is something similar to Ready to love, it was made for an external source, in this case for the Blackpink mobile game. However, there is a video where they are seen singing a part of Ready to Love during one of the sound checks before a concert, perhaps The girls can have the same luck.
