A brilliant tribute to Bill Withers who sadly left us a year ago...This multiple collaboration between fabulous musicians does the late great Bill Withers proud. His music will be with us forever....We all need lovely days and listening to this has certainly given me a lovely day! My partner Tony also died last April and listening to this has touched my heart...

@@parisselect oh I understand!! But usually it tells the band members names on wikipedia & albums!! I just wondered specifically as there is this one fellow who plays piano and sings in different languages including English and Hebrew if he was band leader who created? It looks like he could be same fellow on the "seniorita" cover and he is sitting playing guitar then goes to play piano!! All 4 of those artists I'd love to know their names , but no worries if u can't give out! I just would love to know each ones history into music then what led them into the Paris select band!!? I love this version of the Bill Withers' classic! The lead singer's voice is smooth and silky. The keyboard and guitar serenade are great, and the lady's voice adds a little more spice to the rendition. Beautiful. Bill would be proud.

You have to admire anyone taking the trouble to push out all the work, production and talent needed for free music content. And we all love the Bill original (otherwise you wouldn’t be here)... And there are a number of great covers of this absolutely iconic song; but in my humble opinion, this particular cover by Paris Select is definitely one of the very best; just the pure talent of the amazing musicians, singers and quality of production, surely deserves a major record contract for these lovely people! I for one listen to this cover several times a week and would happily pay for this quality..... it’s not about the cost, it’s what you “take” from this superb song! Bravo Paris Select.

This is one of those songs that was created near perfect. Dear to me, even the theme of my mother's funeral. So many get it wrong. They got it right, seemingly just letting the "feeling" of the song channel through their perfect musical execution. Impressive

One of the best I've heard of this song. True to the smooth funky melodic original. This why when you cover a great song, you can't take artistic license with it. Many have tried to adjust this song and failed. It's because they lose the Bill Withers vibe and destroy the song.

The talker guy almost ruins the song by talking. The guitar player makes up for it with great vocals

Beautiful cover of the best recording ever - And an absolute first class tribute to Bill Withers the musical genius - Bill who made music on his own terms - And arent we glad - For all those soulful tunes that came from this guys heart ! I have listened yo this guys music since 1978 when lovely day was played at our youth club ! -I was 16 - not far off 60 now ? - Spent a lifetime listen to him ! And this is the best cover / tribute I have ever heard - of Bills classic Lovely Day ! -Thank you everyone invovled ! Sounds fantastic over my hifi ! - SB - British Isles
