Claude used black magic on himself making him forget about Diana but due to that any feelings he had towards athy were gone too, what made her worse to him was that she gave him terrible headaches and it made him neglect and ignore her as it would only cause him pain to be near her, I think he knew Jeanette wasn't his daughter but chose to accept her dispute that as she got rid of the headaches and made him feel better. Though I still find it entertaining when he realises Jeanette isn't his daughter Sorry if this is a lot

Jenette is a generous, naive and kind person in both version. And that was her aunt's plan (Rosalia) to put Athanasia in trouble, Jenette didn't know about her plan. And Jenette feel guilty After Athanasia's death when it wasn't even her fault

So Sorry for the misunderstanding. But this is kind of "my" au, in which Claude prob doesn't know that ^^ it's kind of like, the black magic made that as an extra side effect making him not be able to distinguish between Athy and Jenn.

Claude knew that Jenny wasn't his own daughter but still loved her which I though was just SO unfair because he KNEW that Athy was HIS OWN fucking daughter and still pushed her away!! Claude however didn't know that Jenny was his ex fiance and brothers daughter!!

I always felt ify about Claude but so far what i know has made me dispise his character i know he's troubled from his childhood but that doesn't excuse that bullshit of a stunt (memory blocker) oh he loved her but could love Jeanette as a younger sister? I know there's different forms of intelligence but he's bottom of the barrel the only feelings i could throw up for him was infuriating and my completely biased opinion pathetic he could kill me but his character was pathetic everything that happened to him was pitiful, "he's best daddy" but i would 100% backstab him or leave him for dead if he did half of these things I also had a abusive father only thing i remember was a picture and that's saying something in all I genuinely think if someone else took athys place they would kill claude and attempt the same for his brother
