♥ Red Velvet Cake
** Mold size: (15cm*15cm*7cm)
135 g unsalted butter (1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp )
125 g sugar (1/2 cup)
Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
3 yolk
5ml vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
20 g honey (1 tbsp)
110g vegetable oil (1/2 cup + 1/2 tbsp)
253g All purpose flour (1 cup + 3/4 cup)
10g cocoa powder (2 tablespoons)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 egg whites
7g lemon juice (1/2 tablespoon)
65g sugar (1/3 cup)
Food coloring (red color)
♥ Buttermilk
150g milk (2/3 cup)
17 g vinegar (1 tablespoon)
♥ Cream cheese frosting
250g cream cheese (1 cup + 1 tbsp)
30g sugar powder (3 tablespoons)
10g lemon juice (2 teaspoons)
350g heavy cream (1 cup + 1/3 cup)
25g sugar powder (2 tablespoons + 1/2 tablespoons))
