When you live in an underwater city of the sea, danger lurks at every turn. One reefs inhabitant, Gobi fish, have developed a unique way of staying safe - employ pistol shrimps to dig burrows for them while they stand guard. Mutualism at its finest. ✨

Many families would have been in a better harmony if husband and wife adopt this "mutualism" between shrimp and gobi fish. 😀

We used to have this form of “mutualism” where the man(or woman) goes off to work while the wife(or husband) keeps the house clean and the children feed. Now and days in America it’s looked down upon and seen as laziness(also rent it too damn high for only one person to be paying).

Gobies actually communicate with shrimp through their tails. The little tail flicks it does means “danger”. The shrimp was probably spooked and was asking the fish if the coast was clear aha

Yes, but it can only fire once then wait for few minutes, it's only effective for the enemy which is smaller or have same in size, for the enemies which way too big in size, they prefer to avoid them

Due to there environment having no mirrors, the eel will never know how ugly looking it is but it’s able to see and judge other ugly looking aquatic creatures

@@emilengen7825 Yea, why you think they are beautiful? I do find it interesting that eels mate together for life. I forgot what it name is but it looks like a giant fat sausage, it's so ugly all the other fishs leave it alone but these worms go into its anus for protection and food.
