On my way to get my rescue dog today. She’s my 11th dog. So, they keep me pretty challenged and busy. Thanks for the video! I’m starting protein in the morning now before coffee. Not giving up my coffee but have switched to Four Sigmatics and it’s great!

@LoveSweatFitness The past month has been a constant struggle. I've lost an aunt to a stroke & a good friend to cancer, and my boss has taken another job - which has left me with more work than I know how to handle. I'm still up early for my workouts, which I truly love! ❤️ I feel like they give me some balance in my life, and it's nice to feel strong. I eat pretty well because I've created good knowledge and habits, but I'm not following a meal plan. I just can't find time & energy for the prep right now. So, I feel overwhelmed by life, but great about the habits I've formed and the way I continue to push through everything. Thanks for all your help and support! ❤️

I was on vacation for week one without great access to WiFi. I will start today. Are there adaptations for the exercises? I am waiting for 2 knee replacements. I love how you are so real on this video. Showing how you wanted something different for dinner, then using radical acceptance, “It is only one day” to then really appreciate the soup you made. FYI - I did start and end weight and body fat on a scale and Dexa Body scan and they were completely uncorrelated. I had gained WAY more muscle % than the scale showed and had I just done the scale I would've been completely discouraged.

I have a quick question involving scales. I’ve been trying to lose weight this summer. I weigh myself on my porch and then when move to another area of my house to weigh myself the scale changes. So how do I know which number is accurate?

It’s weird how that can happen. It’s hard to say which is accurate but the key is to just choose one spot and stick to it

so, if i may ask, as a person who (me) doesn't like to just drink so much fluid in the morning, how can there be more whole foods? i drink a lot of cold water and that is my drink of choice, and it seems like half of ur day is just drinking fluids with different stuff added (ur branded stuff and is not apple cider vinegar bad for teeth?).

I definitely eat a lot as well, but this was a specific detox day 🫶🏻You don’t have to have all the drinks I do, I just personally have realized I feel my best with these and created my specific ones for that reason. That said, you can always just focus on adding in more veggies fruits and proteins

What are you "detoxing"? My nutritionist says your liver takes care of all of that for your body. What are you saying is "toxic"?

your protein powders are so good the peanut butter the taste is spot on but when I see the ingredients everything is great but the gums why use that overtime gums disrupt your digestive system wish that ingredient would change.

So glad you love the protein powders! We use a small amount of gums as a binding/non-caking ingredient. It’s a must when making a powder product like this. What we use though is clean and doesn’t have any negative impact (would not include). I personally scrutinize every ingredient we use 🤍
