Great I’ve been looking for milk I like the lactose free one but I like semi skimmed for my porridge & hot chocolate👍

Thank you for this, the sliced meat options were great and there are similar options at Morrisons👍🏻 Just about to start on a Keto-ish eating style and this has really helped. I am now not going to stress about eating a few carrots either, life’s too short😂

I buy the Tesco 85% chocolate, I really enjoy it but then I am not fussy with choccy 😂

I'm very jealous of people like you who can go "oh, we've got X in the fridge haven't we, we can use that". I'm the sort who has to meticulously plan every meal lol. If it's in the fridge, it has a specific purpose. I can't just buy stuff and then work it out later. It's not even a budgeting thing, just an organisation thing.

Keto police have way too much to say😄 I'd rather have shredded carrot in my coleslaw than buy expensive specially made, usually processed, keto products.

I still make carrot and swede mash and it's not eaten every day.... These things are good and like you say, raw 👍 Lamb shank with stock gravy and that mash is just amazing dinner with homemade mint sauce 😁 And on them protein bars they are loaded with sunflower oil!! Unreal!! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hi. Is it possible to show which are keto safe sausage brands in the supermarkets and the ones you tried?

Take a look at the ingredients and go for as high percentage pork as you can find - we use 97% pork :)

@@KetoFitnessClub I get confused when it says all the other fillers into the ingredients and not sure what is allowed on keto. Also can you show a video on keto friendly pork rinds or pork scratching in the uk?
