is there an alternative to almond flour I can use? I'm allergic to nuts

Unfortunately I currently don’t know any nut free alternatives that I have tested personally. However I know online and in some health food stores carry “keto” flour which can be nut free. Also some places sell sunflower seed flour as well. If you use any of these alternatives, just use the recommended amount in the video. I hope this helps!
