10 oz. rice cauliflower
1 onion
1/2 bell pepper
oil
1 t. chili powder
1/2 t. cumin
1/2 t. garlic
1/2 t. onion powder
salt
pepper
1 T. tomato paste
3/4 cup water
1 pound ground beef
salt
pepper
1 t. each
cumin
chili powder
garlic powder
onion powder
chili powder
1 T. tomato paste
1 4 oz. can green chilis
shredded cheese
350. till cheese is melted
lettuce, tomato, onion, black olives
sour cream

Looks so good, Ms Lori! Hello from Texas. I have been watching you for over 3 years. My sweet mama would watch you while laying in bed recovering from being ill. It was so soothing for her and made her happy. She passed 2 years ago but loved watching you and I have kept up her tradition.❤

I am so impatient. I love the way you spoon out the mixtures into the baking dish. I’d be grabbing my hot pads and picking up that pot and dumping it in the baking dish. Then spread it out.

I believe it’s because of the arthritis in her hands. I recognize that because I have it also. Big heavy pans are almost impossible to lift and maneuver. I drop heavy things too often to do hot items. This growing older thing definitely changes how we manage life. Not being critical and I know you weren’t either, I was just offering an explanation. Bless you and have a beautiful and blessed weekend.

Well, if we cant eat dinner with you the next best thing is watching Mr. Brown eat. Yes, I appreciate these low carb and smaller for two dinners a lot. Im slowly finding out that low carb does not have to mean low flavor. God bless you guys. Shirley

It's amazing how much they charge for frozen cauliflower rice. Making your own is much cheaper and you can make a huge quantity and freeze most of it.

Making your own and using fresh tastes better, too. You don’t have to “wring “ it out. I eat low carb and we planted some this year in the garden. Hopefully it turns out as I eat cauliflower all the time

Looks really good, will make for our supper too. Have been eating in moderation watching carbs and walking each day over a long time. Seen results and feel much better in our late 60’s and stay active (work, walking a lot and busy around home). Motto: Go slow and steady for better health and make it a lifestyle. we did low carb for several years....we lost a lot of weight....one of my favorite things was stuffing bell pepper halves with a mix of chicken, cream cheese.....an egg to bind ....and whatever kind of seasoning you want!......and putting it on a charcoal grill....delicious

Thank you for the low carb recipe I can lots of low sugar condiments and cook most of our meals from scratch. I use riced cauliflower for stir fry.I froze a bunch for us. I just adapt a lot of recipes to be low carb. That 2 person texas sheet cake was a hit.Thank you so much
