A detergent is a surfactant or a mixture of surfactants with cleansing properties when in dilute solutions. If you use this SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE in the detergent, will not the Coloured Clothes loose its Colour and Shine and the possibility of the fabric to wear out very fast. Sir, as you can see quantity of hypo used here is very small...so, it will not affect ur white & colored cloths as well...
