I feel like that’s what keeps him being a relatively average competitive/items player, every time he does alright he acts like he’s invincible. As someone from Michigan I can answer your questions: Michigan and Ohio had a border dispute from inaccurate maps, over the Toledo strip, to the point where battles between the militias were fought. Eventually it got solved because Michigan was not allowed to become a state with it ongoing, so Ohio got the Toledo strip and Michigan got the Upper Peninsula. Its not as disconnected as you think as, as there is a bridge that goes between them. Its not as much of an issue as most of Michigan's Population (around 9.6 Million out of the total 10 Million) is in the lower peninsula.

Finally a reason for my obscure knowledge! The reason why Michigan has the upper peninsula is because of a border dispute between Ohio and Michigan over the Toledo strip (and area around their border). Basically they compromised and Ohio got the Toledo Strip and Michigan claimed the upper peninsula (which wasn’t Ohio’s to give it was just given to them for no real reason).

20:35 Can't speak for everyone, but for me my disdain for fortnite feels kinda similar to the reason why a lot of people hate the fire emblem characters in smash. It's like this feeling that something is over-represented, like it hasn't really "earned" the spot it has. Compared to a crossover like smash bros, the crossover elements in fortnite feel like forced corporate pandering that exists for no other reason than "some rich business men had it done cause they thought it'd make them more money". And it feels like a lot of fortnite's development in general follows that trend (add a Battle Royale mode cause PUBG is popular, add a social deduction mode cause Among Us was popular, etc.). Mix that with the reports of the devs being forced to crunch and put in 100 hour work weeks for all the updates, and I'm just like "yeah no fuck that game"
