Best on-ride footage I’ve seen, capturing every element, both high and low.

I rode the one in Kansas for many years (at a very young age) - it had not 1 but 2 'drops' to speed the coaster along - including the front one which was at the original track angle vs the shallow one later modified for other versions. The first dip was in blackness right after the turn from the entrance tunnel (with a skelly or 2 above us - I never noticed it myself, but my older brother did). It also had 2 strobe sections - one was lined in aluminum foil and mirrors. It (apparently) burned down after the park closed in the last decade (Joyland). I don't recall a 'driver' in the buss at the end - although - I did notice other versions of the Penn ride having what seemed to be an upraised middle finger in the right hand (lowered in this vid). Too Funny! Penn is on the bucket list to revisit my earliest amusement park haunts thanks to this vid. Ty for posting!
