I think you underestimate just how strong CFYOW grimmjow really is. It's outright stated by giriko that base CFYOW grimmjow with Gran Rey Cero has more raw attack power then CFYOW base ginjo. Grimmjow can also use GRC in ressureccion according to the novels. And that is not even his strongest attack. Dessagaron is. CFYOW ginjo can only beat CFYOW grimmjow in his OP bankai. It goes CFYOW bankai ginjo>>>>CFYOW Ressureccion grimmjow with dessagaron>>>>> CFYOW Ressureccion Grimmjow with Gran Rey Cero>>>>CFYOW shikai ginjo with getsuga tensho>>>>CFYOW base grimmjow with Gran Rey Cero>>>>CFYOW base ginjo with getsuga tensho. CFYOW ginjo is much stronger then he was in fullbring arc do to training and no longer having a mortal body limiting him. About Yammy, there’re a lot of statements to put him the strongest Espada, like his number or the amount of Reiatsu he has alone is enough About Ulquiorra, the problem is Starrk didn’t show that much feats compared to Ulquiorra, the only Espada who has 2nd Rec About Ukitake, he’s said to be equal or nearly equal to Shunsui, who beat Starrk himself without many problems, ofc Starrk had to deal with 4 captains but he easily beat 2 of them (Rabu, Rojuro) and 1 of them (Ukitake) didn’t even join the whole fight

Ukitake healthy and with Bankai or Mimihagi would be probably around or arguably above Shunsui(Higher than Shunsui with healthy bankai,WAY Higher with Mimihagi). But this is just Shikai Ukitake.
