He's right folks...I've availed myself of everything he said...returned a tank that didn't work on my bike...Todd helped me find the right one and has given me advice a couple of time...He is a Harley Guru...Thanks Todd...Thanks Lowbrow.

Todd is top of the line! I called lowbrow asking about a suicide clutch for an ironhead. Not only did he let me know they didn't have them he looked around on the internet trying to find one. To top it all off he literally walked me through how I could do it myself by modifying my own. A++ customer service.

I am so happy with everything I’ve gotten from LowBrow! Their customer service is excellent. I lost three screws (my fault) from an order and Tony stuck replacements in the mail the same day. They have my business for good!

I am zeroing in on a used 2004 Sportster 1200. Want to put a 4" over Springer front end with a spool hub wheel. Frisco style tank. Bobbed fender, chrome sissy bar and spoon style seat. No switches or front brake lever on the apes. Swingarm chopper for this 44 years on two wheels old fart.

Yeah great return policy. Except it was going to cost me 75 dollars to ship back an 80 dollar part. And it didn’t fit, which your website said it would. Going to Jp cycles in the future

Did you contact anyone here or talk to Todd as to why you may have been having fitment issues? As he says in this video- we're here man. If it's something wrong on our end, like our listing being incorrect or having the wrong years stated for fitment- we provide that return label. Give us a call next time.

Oh yeah I call bs. I bought a so called " bolt on" gas tank from lowbrow for my Harley Davidson and I ended up having to drill holes in the tank and frame and had to weld stuff. Next time I'll just do it myself instead of buying a gas tank that looks like it got dragged behind a car for a 100 miles for hundreds of dollars and still doesn't fit the year and make it claims to fit haha.

You definitely could have contacted us if you were so unhappy and we would have taken care of you. Weather it was help you out with easy solutions, you get you set up with a return so you could have gotten your money back. Either way, probably looks bitchin' on your bike!
