very true but the first part was a variation of a sun salutation routine and the other hip openers were taken from pilates too

@@itsHiizo Yoga means "union" and it is not necessarily just the postures that are done in most basic yoga classes as there are 70,000 postures. Yoga is about breathing and creating space (so hold for a minimum of 5 sec) so you can go just a bit further into a stretch and to do outside in nature is absolutely the best in becoming "one with your environment" aka "union".

Hey! Thanks for making this! I just started squatting, deadlifting, and overhead pressing this month. It blows my mind to see yoga (an old favourite) combined with lifting, but what a pair! I love how seriously you take this. Keep on filming!

OMG yes I loved this! I think a lot of bodybuilders and powerlifters like to brag about not being flexible because of their "mass" but in reality, its not the mass that's preventing you from being flexible, its the lack of stretching and warming up! Loved that you made this video!

The Voodoo floss bands have nothing to do with blood flow, yes that's a cool feeling but that's not why it's effective The bands are tight and elastic and when you move with them it's stretches and pulls apart all your soft tissues/fascia (one or the other, maybe both) and unsticks them from each other. making the area more mobile and pliable

Hey Meg! LOVED this video!!! Question, prior to squatting do you ever get the popping crunchy joints/knees? NO pain, just very similar to knuckles popping? Does it carry on throughout your lifts? Mine do, and it's more prominent w/out knee sleeves. Again no pain though.
