even though the butt doesnt stick out to you, what does you pelvic tilt look like? looking at your pelvis from the ASIS anterior psrt of pelvis. If a forward tilt that translates to a butt out posture.

Hey. I just wanna ask. I'm not sure if i have LCS but everytime i'm in standing position. Sometimes after 30-40 minutes i feel like i wanna sit down because of my lower back. I work 8-10 hours and i'm always in standing position. This stretching and exercise does it work for me?

Many people have lcs. Do you hips tilt forward? If you try these and still have pain I suggest getting an X-ray and work up to see what’s going on.

@@Synergywellnessny I tried it yesterday and it was good. But this morning my lower back i feel like it's tight. Should i just keep doing this?

@@gericomatabang1117 yes be consistent for 3 months, if still a problem maybe go get an X-ray to rule out other common issues it could be. If you have leg pain or numbness I would seek a chiropractor right away.
