FAB!!!! This was def. a fav . . .wish as longer and maybe close ups of the graffiti and art all about on streets. That is what I miss from NY. Please cover this area more--maybe with a legend or someone born n' raised in region with gritty stories. But....is it being gentrified? Or just cleaned up?

Turning on the city? Yesterday the NYC walking Show vlogger was attacked during a live stream. Action kid has been followed, assaulted, threatened etc. Other vloggers have had people try to come up from behind and steal their phone or camera. The city turned on them .

@@peterwelby LOL. I’ve seen action kids “assaults”. I used to be a supporter. If you call those assaults, you’re way too soft to have any type of opinion on this city. HAHA. Also, the other things you mentioned happen everywhere, not just NYC LOL. I moved here from Texas 2 years ago, The Dallas/Fort Worth area specifically, and have felt 5x safer here in NY. Maybe you’re not used to metro areas? Not sure.

I moved from Dallas to the Lower East Side last May. I’m 63. Yes, it’s a little gritty, but I’ve really grown to love it. Went to look at a place in North Williamsburg, and I immediately missed the LES. Thanks for a great video. A few suggestions for future LES episodes: Cheeky Sandwiches, Metrograph Theater, Mel Bakery, Black Crescent bar, Essex Market, Good Thanks cafe…and so much more.
