Lower Rush River has alot of big trout.

(Wisconsin) The water is very beautiful at this point. I wish the fish were more aggressive. When it warms up more, I will be back.

Loved the video. This is like take me home country roads. My grandparents lived just up the hill from Fishermans rest in El Paso. The other grandpa had land up the hill past the El Paso school and had land on the river. I spent childhood days fishing with my dad at those spots. Precious memories, how they linger!

I have fished your area for decades. I like cave creek for the brookies. Long ago, I talked to old boy who had many stories. lived in 2 story by the upstream bridge in town. We could look down and watch 8 pounder swim around all day. I wonder if the mounted fish are still in the bar there...many memories! Thank you, Jo Ellen.

Is this Rush Creek (Vernon County) or the Rush River outside of the Twin Cities?

Hi, Rush river in Pierce county. Over 20 miles of it is good. Above Martell on down to highway 35, sir.

Thank you for wetting your hands before touching my beloved Rush River trout but cradling them against dry waders is no bueno - you are removing the slime layer that protects them from bacteria.

Panther martin and Mepps XD are top of list favorites for all kinds of fish. Don't be afraid to go larger than most people think. Gotta go deep! Thanks for watchin"

Do you know how big Rush River is? The rivers in that area are advertised throughout the world as great fishing rivers. The Kenny has bigger fish and some brookies.

People catch fish and have the option of either catching or releasing trout, don't blame KZfaq, CPR, practice it!
