That “other fire alarm” isn’t a fire alarm if it doesn’t have fire lettering. Probably its an alarm for security purposes or if the door gets opened

The pull station doesn’t have a lockout, you use the key to reset it after someone pulls it.

seems like they share conduit and the door probably triggers the fire alarm too I’m guessing the door alarm could be part of the security system which the motion sensor would trigger when locking the building up

Bro has no idea what he’s talking about, I work on this stuff and that white alarm is a door/security alarm not fire alarm, and yes the pull station has a lock for the key when pulled, or if you need to key activate it when it has a pull rod/or for testing purposes 🤦♂️🤦♂️
