I had the same problem . The directions were quite vague but I finally got it. Just still having a problem installing the canopy. Once you hook in one end its almost impossible to pull it hard enough to mount the other end, still haven't got it together. Any suggestions ? I went what was Lowes then and they said it's just tight. Not much help.
