after watching your transformations I immediately want to start transforming myself. After previous episode I transformed the front yard and backyard for my parents to use. We live in a house for 4 years and I postponed the outdoor work until your video came out 😅

So, enjoy your creative transformations. I grew up watching my mom build and work on projects nearly every weekend of my childhood. I just wish I had the same knowledge and ability that she had. Loved this! Seeing the ceiling color at first made me unsure but knew Monica would do some magic and everthing turned out cohesive! I am a fan of that closet system; I once had to give up a California Closet system from my previous home that prior owner had installed but now I feel I can do one of my own version and I may get "adventurous" and add wallpaper! I didn't know Lowe's had kits like these.

I like it, but I would have preferred that the wallpaper went all the way to the ceiling. Having the wallpaper/trim cut the wall height "in half" makes the ceiling look to low.

The TV is likely on a swivel mount and that was a way to get the door out of the way while filming, but not get everything in the way of the curtains.

Note to Commenters: That "chair in front of a door"? That is a CLOSET, or, a door to outside?? I think closet. There's a lock, with key in it, on that door near the knob. People don't have BATHROOMS they can be locked INTO. The TV is on a swivel mount, They can easily move it when they want to shut that door. Isn't that door the door to her NOW BEAUTIFUL closet? It 's not easily seen into by people in their hallway, so, it cam stay open all the time now --Monica provided HUGE incentive to keep that closet orderly. This woman, whose house this is, either REALLY doesn't like the colors chosen OR she's an extremely low-key, and polite, lady.

Monica, you know I love you but I have to say that with this particular makeover not convinced that she still was happy with the room color maybe just her personality and she’s not a very vocal enthusiastic person. She’s just more of a quiet yeah I like it lol. I will have to say I was like oh I don’t know if I like those colors, and it wasn’t the one that went on the ceiling didn’t like it was the creamy beige one that went on the walls. It all came together very beautiful and once you added the wood features to it and the peel and stick absolutely gorgeous out better than my vision! as for the closet love it definitely will be referring back to this particular video for that particular closet wall style because I have a bedroom that I want to turn into a walk-in closet/home office and I love the look of that closet and all of the aesthetics that go with it! As usual job well done over a weekend!

Not a fan of the ceiling or wall colors but I did like the overall design of the bedroom including the wood trim and both of the wallpapers used. The closet wouldn't work for me but I'm more of a dresser drawer fan for my bulky winter sweaters, sweatshirts, tee shirts, jeans, underwear, socks.

Finished room doesn’t look like ANY hotel. Can’t imagine having to give up 2/3 of my wardrobe a success. Monica is cute, but definitely not an interior designer. lol! Monica leaves and Tia and Norm say, “Quick let’s paint the ceiling a color that doesn’t look like a cave.”

Hard agree. Separately they might have worked but that wallpaper was too grey to go with the other warmer colours. And if she'd stuck with one of the colours on the wall and ceiling and trim it would've been nice. Loved the headboard though. Kind of want to make one for myself.

...Seems like that Headboard is a " dust/ dirt " catcher... I'm not a fan of that sort of Style ... that ceiling colour... yikes. 2 or 3 shades lighter might have not been so jarring. The bed configuration was nit good, in the " Before " ...bad Feng Shui, to have ones bed on the same side as the entrance door. And I wonder why there's " floating Nightstands " as opposed to getting something FUNCTIONAL, with drawers ??? The Closet has SO MUCH WASTED SPACE....No area to " double hang items " and now it feels Dark and Claustrophobic with that Wallpaper...why was that done when it has a window and lots of natural light ...???! 🤔 Monica went on about the fact it has a window and all that Light...and RUINED THE FEEL OF THAT. Tv by a door??? Chair by the door ??? I'm not an Interior Designer and I could come up witb better than this .....
