NASCAR 06; Total Team Control, is my most favorite, simply because of the amount of time playing it on PS2 and the amount of memories on it! I played it for hours and hours. Not to mention it being my first ever NASCAR game on console

NR2k3 was surely my fav nascar racing game. All the memories of racing drunk af after a day of work was great. The best sim ever not Nascar specific is surely iRacing. Wish I could still dedicate time to sim racing on that!

nr2003. It has so much attention to detail. It paved the way for iRacing and is now free, and if you change the graphics in the files can run on just about anything. Not to mention it's one of the only games now to feature the inside of the car in the rearview mirror, few games except iRacing have that.

The first NASCAR game i played was NASCAR 98 on the PS1... fun times, but my favorite has to be Nascar Racing 2003, just the modding scene alone is keeping this juggernaut alive! Not to mention the amazing ai... and ofcourse there is also the GTP mod itself.

Yeah in that 2011 Budweiser Shootout clip. Hamlin advanced his position before he even got his left side tires underneath the line. He didn't advance his position before the yellow line, and going below at any time without advancing your position is completely legal. Hamlin won that race and you cannot convince me otherwise.

favorite NASCAR game is Thunder 2004 also one moment I would add is from Martinsville in 2015 when Joey Logano dumped Matt Kenseth because Kenseth did the same thing back to him (or when Clint Bowyer spun Jeff Gordon at Phoenix in 2012, same thing happened to him)

NASCAR the game inside line for the PS 3. now might just be nostalgia talking but it was one I played all the time as a kid, and looking back on it, it looks like a good game. NASCAR Heat 4 I didn't get to play any of the EA games or dirt to daytona and I only played 2012 for Eut so I played mostly the heat games and 4 is the best of the 5 but I wish they carried over some of the features from the games like Heat 2 with the best Hotseat style or Heat 3 I loved the track history for the challenges instead of the skins or heck I liked Heat 2 with the drivers commentating on the track and the best way to run it.

My favorite NASCAR game is NASCAR Inside Line on the Wii because it has the polish and content of a top tier racing game and yet it somehow runs on the Wii. It has a full career mode with a custom team, performance upgrades, dynamic sponsor signing and rewards, decent 4 player split screen, championship mode, all of the 2012 cars and tracks, challenges, and historic challenges (only downside being that the AI drivers don't know how to avoid wrecks, personally though I don't mind it because it makes really funny crashes) Definitely the most underrated NASCAR game (I am only talking about the Wii version as the other versions are not impressive due to it virtually being the same as the Wii version.)

NASCAR Racing 4 on PC by Papyrus/Sierra! I started with NASCAR Racing 2 using a keyboard only, then was able to get a cheep PS2 wheel (with USB for PC) for the release of NASCAR Racing 4.

Favorite NASCAR Racing game OAT is the godfather of iRacing; NASCAR Racing 2003 Season from Papyrus Racing. I bought it brand new (as well as NR2002, NR4, NR3, NR2 and the original NASCAR Racing), and I still have my copy of 2003. It's the only one I've played that feels like a simulator, and that's what I go for.

Well, since you asked, as a Spaniard I'm curious about NASCAR but I haven't really gotten much of a taste of it or its official games. The only two I have managed to get my hands on for now are the '99 NASCAR Racing 3 on PC and EA's NASCAR 2005 on the Xbox. Out of them I'd go with the latter as my favorite. (Edit: I'm currently mostly a PS4 player. Is NASCAR 21 Ignition any good or should I save up for an iRacing subscription?)
