Be careful people nowadays empathy one of the most essential human emotions is being demonized so much that we actually think it is bad or weak to feel empathy for human beings. For example look in which way the word snowflake is used. It's clearly disturbing

Ahmed is being used as a metaphor for the innocence of the children caught up in this conflict, however the story most closely reflects that of the boy on the beach in the video, Alan Kurdi.

If you knew what this song was based on “Ahmed” a two year old toddler who was washed up dead on the shores of Greece the lyrics hit even deeper because these events happened and it’s not necessarily general but can be applied too

Not one word of her post is true though, Ahmed wasn't his name. He didn't drown trying to get to Europe, he was already in France and he drowned trying to get to the UK. Nobody stood by and refusedto help while calling them names. This is a very very important and sensitive subject but we don't need lies when the awful truth is worse.

Ahmad appeared at 4.40 .and refugees trying to reach Europe so their boat broke down as they almost entered the Greece international boarder the coast guards noticed them and instead of helping they pushed them back into the sea . and watched them drown the Greek government first announced three days of mornings . then reports later found the coast guard did that because few young swimmers on the boat managed to swim to shore and that's how the truth came out.
