Why are you comparing 2 different colorways? Should be amber on both for a true head to head comparison

So impressed with the tests.

What made me decide was sales. Garmin had one at same time with bass pro club membership sale + points earned & coupon codes. I got my Ultra 106sv, steady cast, lvs34 system, & amped outdoors lithium battery for $2520 +tax. That's couple hundred bucks cheaper than just a 10" unit from either of competitors! It did come with gt54 not 56 but I can upgrade to that at any time. I thought I found one but it fell through so I'll keep my eyes peeled for good deal on 56 . Garmin needs a 360 for sure!

To bad you didn’t get to put up the new UHD-2 With the GT 56 . With the new pixels I’d bet those images would look a lot better then the older UHD . Both are good units.

I've been waiting for this comparison! Before watching my gut tell me the 3n1 hd will be better. I have a Garmin ultra 106sv. . I'm not a brand loyal guy. They all are great & excel at certain things.

Looks like the Lowrance gain is higher due to interference in the water column. That could be why you see cables more

We have carbon with 3 in 1 had transducer I our ranger and 93sv 56 in my little 18' and I like the Garmin better. Seems to pick up 2D better and better SI.

Why do you want to make Garmin GT56UHDs screen color so ugly? What are you afraid of, shouting the slogan of fair evaluation but doing unfair things

I honestly thought the 3in1 HD would be a lot better. Maybe I was expecting too much but I’m kinda disappointed in lowrance. Either way they both have great images.

Man those are closer than I thought. I assumed the 3n1 hd would b better all around. That rusted steel color is probably one of my least favorite colors & it just doesn't seem to let me see details like other colors do, for my eyes. It was still super close

So how much of the HD is software added? I’m pretty knowledgeable on radar and sonar and some of the stuff on the HD doesn’t look real. It’s software generated.

On the Garmin you should have used Cooper palette. Rusty Steel sucks.

Lowrance takes the win in clarity and the fact that you can drop waypoints faster and more efficient and when you start scanning again you can go back and look at history that you can't with bird and Garmin🤷

Who cares about how clear the cables show up on the Lowrance...I wanna see fish😂....I have both... Have not installed the lowrance... It's too big.... But my 73sv is the nut.... The HD is better to me,

it was lowrance's last attempt to prove himself... the next one will be too late because there will already be GT58, 60, 62, 64
