I was born and raised lowriding since the 80's I watched my pops and uncles use a gravel rock and dish soap and water sometimes we just use the rock and water with a clean rag.

That was a great life hack there! On cleaning spokes I use paint gun brush to clean the spokes, if go through my 1-6 part video on how to clean rusty rims I show those brushes.

I’ve always used Westley’s white wall bleach and a stiff 2 inch square wire brush once a week and mine look new at all times. You spray down the sidewalls, wait 2-3 min, brush the wall firmly all the way around, rinse. If the white wall is really bad you might have to do it twice, but if you do that consistently after buying them and getting them mounted they stay looking new and bright white. 💯

Just wanted to thank you for these videos! I read or saw somewhere that different tire companies use different formulas in the rubber and the brown leaches out in the heat on some tires but eventually goes away. I use Tornels on my daily and I haven’t had any browning since I got them 2-3 months ago. I just use bleach white every week or two when I wash my ride and keep a scuff pad for emergency but haven’t even used it. Keep doing what you do bro! Much love and respect

I’ve used the LA totally awesome cleaner from the dollar store…a pumice stone also worked before. I’ve heard that silicone based tire shines cause the brown out and the compound they use for the tire molds….I’ve used Lucas tire shine it’s water based and haven’t had a brown tire since using it

I use a brush to clean in between the spokes & a foot stone to take the brown off the tire big dawg but it looks faster with the sanding wheel instead of scrubbing it👍😎

One U.S. qaurter n some WD-40 ma boy, it really works. That's how I would keep up with The White Walls on my '94 Towncar

Shout Advanced in aerosol can. I use on my Vouges. Spray on let sit for a couple minutes. Use a pressure washer to power wash away. That way you're not grinding away your tires

If the wheels are chrome, just use wheel acid. Spray on, let sit for a minute and hose it off. Nice and clean and no effort.

Wash the tire when you wash the car, have a short bristle tire cleaning brush to scrub lightly when it’s soaped up, rinse off, apply the dressing to the tire with a second brush or applicator pad. This product dries fast, dry to the touch so no sling on your Town Car, and can be used on ALL the rubber trim around the car and inside too like weather stripping. It’ll make it black and clean. If the white walls brown after that again, just needs to be hit with an SOS pad. 3D Detailing Products also make a wire wheel cleaner spray, highly recommend them and I’ve used all their products with nothing but satisfaction & ease. I was having the same issues with mine as well. Awesome and sos pad worked for me.

I read that the browning comes from oils within the tire when it was produced, and the reason it constantly turns brown is because the oils slowly seep out throughout the life of the tire. Don’t know how true that is though

The reason the tire blooms [turns brown] like that is from using cleaners that are too aggressive/cheap. You need to use a higher quality tire cleaner which doesn’t promote tire blooming. Mothers Back to Black Tire Renew is a tire cleaner that works and won’t turn brown. McKee’s 37 Rubber & Tire Rejuvenator is another 1.

First Rinse then piece of clay bar do the lip knock off all the lil pits Then u need a brush long soft brissles and definitely put down a soft yoga 2 dollar pad it’s spongy so rim lip don’t get damaged Go to the dollar store and get all ur stuff and buy some awesome at dollar store avoid tire shine on white wall and if u really wanna keep Them Spokes fresh buy some ceramic coat and coat them the whole wheel them easy to wash

Brake dust and armor all are the enemies for white walls. Unfortunately you need to clean them as often as possible. Next time use the awesome spray from the 99¢ stores.

You really should take a step back and look up Dura-coating. They make some tire sealer that will change YOUR LIFE. Ff you do prep right you can get 2 years easily out of the sealing and all you have to do is spray, wipe and dry.. done. Pluss your tires will always look perfect, new and shinny.

Man these white walls on Remington tires these days are not good you get them to turn white then go for a cruise and it turns brown again in couple days I use pumice stick it cleans them really good but like I said it will turn brown again

The reason the whitewalls are turning brown is because of the oils in the rubber. ... Take that totally awesome degreaser and spray it on them... Watch that brown shit just poor out of them.... The only thing that iv found that truly works is multiple cleanings using totally awesome degreaser, dish soap and an sos on the tires... Just keep your shit clean and over time that grease will pull out... Never clean chrome with an sos... Did and steel wool are 2 different products and steel is harder then chrome so you will scratch it.... If you use steel wool to polish chrome only use 0000... Fine fina steel wool.... Look on your packages.

Go to your local dealership go to the detailed department of buy a bottle of wheel acid will clean the spokes like MF 💯 after they dry spray wax them
