I had some cottage cheese. I thought and thought and decided to bake very tasty and tender snails 🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌 with raisins 🙂
These buns for tea are prepared simply. In the video, I ask for your advice on the work process.

Snails with cottage cheese and raisins, recipe
Buns for tea:
(recipe for one serving. In the video I make for 2)
575 g of sifted flour of the highest grade
300 ml. milk
30 g of fresh yeast (if dry, then 10)
3-4 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of honey
pinch of salt
50 ml. sunflower oil
Filling:
400 g of cottage cheese
3 tablespoons of sugar
10-20 g of vanilla sugar
80-100 g of raisins
50 g of butter
1 egg
1 yolk and 1 teaspoon of milk for greasing the buns
