today... when my wife was preparing to childbirth this song was played on TV in the medical house. and now, when my son was born, I'm sitting alone in the kitchen, drinking cognac in honor of the birth of my son, put this song on repeat, over and over again and crying, really crying. your voice did a lot for me, thank you.

Just heard this song for the first time and it took me a minute to realize how quiet it was. My grandma's usually noisey birds was quiet as hell listening to the song too especially her singing at its peak of the song. Amazing voice!

@@preston8859I guess.. my comment got deleted.. But as I was saying, she is a lady. Not gender bashing here. I don't care about people's preferences. But as far as the voice goes, it is incredible. It took me a while, till I read up about the band(singer), to realize that she is a lady. To me it makes the singers abilities even more special. Beautiful, full of character and good range. PS: LP writes songs for some of the most renowned singers out there.

This is mine and my husbands song. About a month ago he got really sick and was in a medically induced coma. He’d come in and out of it during my visits to see him. One day he wasn’t coming out of it l, no matter what I said or did. I started singing this song to him.. I stopped singing and with eyes shut he started mumbling where I left off in the song, letting me know he was still there and hearing my voice even though he couldn’t fully wake up. Made me cry and really did my heart good. Thank you for the beautiful music ❤️

I bumped into this song last 2019, I got goose bumps and played on repeat and moved on with my life. I got married and have a son on 2021. For the past weeks I am so lost. It’s been so long I lost myself. I listened to “Magic” by Pilot the live version and “Stay with Me” by Miki Matsubara. Suddenly, I remember this song but can’t remember LP or the title. I have to check my watch history up to 2019 just to see this song. I was at work, and just cried my heart out and played this on repeat. I am going through another chapter of my life and it’s this song that helped me with the transition. Acceptance, loving myself and giving credit that I made it this far. My self redemption song! Thank you LP ❤️ I am your fan forever!
