In my humble opinion this comparison is at the surface level and is obviously biased toward LPT, which makes sense since that is where you and your team now hang your licenses. My only suggestion is that if you’re going to make a video like this then layout more of the details. An example would be when you say that the eXp world or “global campus” is cheesy but you make no mention of the 80 hours of live training taught every week by the best agents in the company then I have to wonder if it was an intentional delete or if you just didn’t tap into all that eXp had to offer while you were there? I have been with eXp a little over two years after being with Keller Williams for 13 years and having ownership in a KW market center and in my opinion eXp is hands down an amazing company! Most agents I know who have made a move right now to LPT seem to making it with the hope of the stock eventually going public. With all that said, I do wish you and your team all the best👍 -David

Thanks for watching David and taking the time to comment. There are great places to hang your license outside of eXp and lpt realty, each brokerage offers something for each individual agent. Since this video is on the two brokerages, I think both are great opportunities. In my humble opinion, when companies start to ver of track and have too many "bells and whistles" (ex KW becoming a "technology company") it detracts from the focus of being "Agent first." I started seeing this at the Shareholders Summit this year with eXp, however I was pretty content in keeping my team in that company. When we saw lpt it appeared to me the next jump (like KW to eXp). Time will tell I suppose. As far as training.. I think that's a great resource, but much of that content is available for free right here on KZfaq. Having stock in a company that isn't public is pretty useless unless they are paying a dividend. You are going to have to work the phones to try to find someone to buy it. So going public (and not just "pink sheets") is key. Can you talk about the leadership and experience on other start ups between the two companies.
