Honestly, banana bread. Super flexible for add-ins, great way to reduce food waste, a sweet treat and real easy to make. Perfect way to get someone into baking.

A tip if you are ever playing a game like this: Instead of sorting the cards by cost, compile them into piles of 10 (say, 2 threes and 2 twos.) Then count the piles, and add whatever you have left over.

As far as I'm aware, Beej mostly has a handle on basic MtG rules now through osmosis, but actively does not give a single bus about the game.
