4 жыл бұрынInitial fitment of the ls1 into the rx8 and building custom motor mounts/steering suspension drop. Shoutout to Gamers Nexus for the limited edition wire frame shirt I bought, love it! Couldn't fit everything into one video so it will be broken up into two parts, first part will be engine mounting, and second will be steering mounting. Enjoy!

I’m fixing to start on the swap on my wife’s RX8 funny thing same color I am going to make my own mounts I seen the prices so I bought a CNC plasma table just so I can copy mounts for my build like what you’re doing

Do u have to use Steven’s harmonic balance or or can I just use the Camaro harmonic balance

Sorry for the late response, yes Steven's balancer and trigger bracket, his products are awesome and did not want to worry about the crank signal on the car!

what universal mounts are you using and did it come with the triangle pieces?

Sorry for the late reply! They are around $80 on Amazon/eBay and yes they came with the triangle pieces!

@@EnigmaGarage was thinking about this but how secure are these? Shouldn’t it be easier to just go to a machine shop and ask for two pieces of metal welded for a mount lol since that’s what technically it is.
