11:00 here in sweden that is called "Häxbrygd" which translates to "witch brew". you steal a bit from each bottle of your parents's liquor supply so they don't notice, fill up with coke or sprite or some mixer to help you stomach it and that's what underaged kids bring to unsupervised parties to get drunk.
