Brandon is the coolest, most accessible writer. And absolutely a phenomenal storyteller.

This is pretty weird. I have not read a single one of his books but I have seen every video on youtube he is in. Such an interesting, well spoken man. Humble yet knowing his capabilities and sharing his wisdom and experience freely. Maybe I should start reading his books ...

His books are great! I just listened to the main Mistborn series on Audible a week ago and will listen to more. People told me that's the best place to start, so I did.

Go read Mistborn The Final Empire or The Way Of Kings. You will not regret it.

@chaostronaut it's been a year, have you ready any of his books since?

I'm so happy the years of rejection didn't lead to Brandon quitting or trying to emulate GRRM. The cosmere is amazing
@YuzuruA2 жыл бұрын
But it is sad to think how many quit everytime because of lazy thinking -'let´s write what is selling right now, not what will sell next year". Probably someone is being rejected right now because some idiot is sayiing "you should write as brandon sanderson"

what a lovely wholesome man. Taking his own advice, I volunteer to finish the Stormlight Archive, should the unthinkable happen (see 18:00)

I want to visit the alternate universe where Brandon becomes a software engineer and suddenly the Cosmere is a video game universe.

I love Brandon, but I feel bad for this poor interviewer with her notebook with probably more than 5 questions in it xD
